Yoga 12 - Windows 10 Issue - taskbar issue

When ever i open my laptop. On the task bar the date and time is pushed off the screen.

I think their maybe a issue with the graphics driver and windows 10. If i click on the up arrow on the task back it will snap back to where it is supposed to be. 

Please let me know if anyone has had a similar issue with their yoga 12.

Please also let me know if anyone knows how to fix. 

All of my drivers are the latest windows 10 versions. 

its not a huge issue, but it is extreemly annoying.

Can you plese post the full machine model of your Thinkpad Yoga 12?

 

Did you already looked on your's model support site for the latest drivers? sometimes the latest drivers does not show up on Lenovo System Update or Windows Update.

Here is the picture of my problem

 

Its a Thinkpad Yoga 12 Core 15 with 4 Gigs of RAM and Intell Graphics 5500.

I download all the new drivers directly from the lenovo website. I also have the new graphics driver that was release in december.

 

The end of the screen is to the right and the taskbar just keeps on going.

Hi.

 

Yes, you are using the last driver from december.

 

I'm clueless, I also check for that on othe Windows forums and nobody reports that they see the clock displaced, not even with dual screens.  The only wild shot I would try to to see if you turn off the clock for a while, close the lid, reopen it, check it something weird happens... and after tha turn on the clock again. You can turn off the clock by doing a right click over the clock "Properties - Turn system icons on or off - set the clock to off"

 

The other thing may be playing changing resolutions for a file and testing it closing the lid to see if this weird thing is still there.

I just tried the clock trick and no luck. The taskbar still shoots off the side of the screen. I dont understand. I wonder if it has something to do with threshold 2 update or not.

I am seeing the same issue, randomly, on our Yoga 12's (20DL) running Windows 10 LTSB.

What kind of programs do you have installed on your computers.

Im actully testing windows 10 for a college and this issue and the black screen at boot are the two issues

holding us back from deplpoying windows 10 on 3500 yoga 12's

I've had this issue for about six months now. It usually fixes itself after half a minute or after I click one of the icons.

I don't mind it much, but it'd be nice to resolve. Have you found a fix?

With the latest windows 10 display driver update the taskbar issue has been fixed. Please download the latest driver from lenovo and you will be all set
