Yoga 14 THINKPAD S3- Available Stylus/Pens to use/reviews?

2015-02-17, 3:53 AM

Hi,

I am looking into getting a style/pen to use on the touchscreen. Are there any reccomendations? I prefer a pen with a fine tip, like the Jot Touch.

http://www.adonit.net/jot/touch/

My use will be to write business notes in evernote/one note.

I am having trouble finding other review on the pen for this specific laptop, so your experiences would be valued!

Opinions appreciated, thank you.

The S3 apparently has no digitizer, so you'll need a capacitative stylus, which are fundamentally all the same.

Pick the smallest tipped pen that registers consistently on the screen, which unfortunately entails some trial and error.

Some pens will register on some devices and not on others. This is dependent on the density of the capacitative sensors on the screen.

Dear Neekesh

Welcome in lenovo community

You can try all type of the digitizer pens . unfortunately we don't install any pens with such models .

Thanks

Alaa

Any pen? Like Wacom or the Jot digitizer pens? I was skeptical of this but,I spoke with a live lenovo expert (chat feature) and he said no pens will work with this laptop, no digitizer pens will work.

I've given up, even with capacitance styluses. What really works (apart from a bare finger)  is an old penlight battery, but it would need some rigging up with duct tape...
