Yoga 14 Wifi Disconnecting

I am using a lenovo yoga 14. When I connect to my wifi network at home the internet often randomly turns off. It doesn't only disconnect my laptop, it kicks all of the other devices off the network as well. I have no viruses and the laptop seemed to be doing this from when I originally got it. I updated my drivers for the wifi and have tried various other fixes but nothing seems to work. Any ideas?

Re: Yoga 14 Wifi Disconnecting

I have an ideapad 700 with the same symtoms, here is what i did to fix it:

Insert sd card into the reader

Goto device manager

Select "Disk drives" among the list

Right click "SDxx Card" selection in list

Select "Properties" on the popup

On Properties menu select "Policies" tab

Select "Quick Removal" option only (First Correction)

Then select "Power Management" in the Properties menu tabs

Deselect "Alow the computer to turn off device to save power" (Second and final correction)

Thats it! Good luck!

Hope that corrects your problem.
