I was testing another pen from a different Yoga 260 on my machine. Suddenly pens stopped working.
My trackpad settings were also defaulted, so I updated all my drivers and even the wacom drivers, but neither pen works on my machine.
The pen works perfectly fine on the other machine so I don't think it's a battery issue on the pen

In response to customer reports of unexpected active pen or touchscreen behavior including ghost touches, intermittent touch screen function, and no pen or stylus functionality on Yoga 260 ThinkPad systems, Lenovo has provided a solution.
Please contact Lenovo Service and reference Service TIP # SF16-T0100. Please be advised the system will need to be serviced, which will be free under warranty.
