I've looked through previous topics and there don't seem to be any from the past few months on this topic. In short, the touch screen is completely unresponsive. I've checked the device and it is enabled. Any thoughts on how to troubleshoot this?
I've had the laptop for three days, and this the first time I've tried to use it, if that matters.

Doesn't work? Finger, pen, both? Are you running windows 10?

As far as I know, the yoga 260's all come with a stylus along the right side. Did you buy it from a 3rd party? Can you return it?

I bought it from Amazon during their Prime Day deal.
Sorry for the confusion, I absolutely do have a pen on the right side. Still very new to this machine... basically got to the point of trying to use it as a tablet, realized touch screen was not working, and then came here to ask the question after reading for a solution.
I will try now to use the pen and see what happens. Since my original post, I have tried running all updates as well as manually updating the pertinent drivers with no luck.

OK so it DOES work with the pen!
So it is completely unresponsive to finger touch (which, per what I read, is supposed to work correct?)... but it does work with the pen. Any ideas? Appreciate all the help and apologies for my ignorance on this machine... first 2-in-1 I've ever purchased.

I have one and I use finger more often than the pen. Look in the device manager under administrative tools and see if there is a problem device.
Are you running windows 10?
If you bought it from amazon, you might be able to return for an exchange, otherwise it should have a lenovo warranty

As I said in the previous post " Look in the device manager under administrative tools and see if there is a problem device."
