Yoga 260 is this ram compatible?

I am going to upgrade my yoga 260 with new ram  I know I'm from crucial thatthis fits DDR4 pc4 2133 17000. I have gotten a good offer on this one from another source.  DDR4 pc4 2133P 17000... what does the p mean and is it good as well?  Best regards from lasse

Re: Yoga 260 is this ram compatible?

The P is sometimes used to describe the CAS latency (CL) of the RAM  (e.g. p=15, Q=16, R=17), which should not really matter, but generally the lower CL the faster the RAM.

I agree with the answer, but will add that CAS latency can speed up programs that measure memory speed. It is unlikely to help speed up any real work.
