In my Lenovo 260 (Win10) touchpad keeps failing.
To be specific:
-I am talking about finger taps, not trouchpad clicks (those are fine)
-single taps are working-
-double "scrolling" tap is working
-double tap ("right mouse click") stops working
-instead "right mouse click" can be done by triple tap
-other (triple and four-finger touchpad) gestures are not working (swipes as well)
How do I fix it?
-If there was some Lenovo update, touchpad starts working ok.
-If I enter (Devices->Mouse and touchpad->Additional mouse options) the system "thinks" for a moment, and touchpad is woking fine again.
Above fixes are temporary.
Does anybody encounter similar problem or know how to solve it?

Thanks for using the Lenovo forums.
Try to download the Touchpad and Chipset drivers for the unit from the support page.
Make sure to reboot after an update on the unit.
Also, you can try a static discharge for this, it may help to resolve the issue or at least get rid of any built up static on the motherboard.
(If the battery is internal, please just skip the remove/replace battery steps.)
1. Turn the unit off
2. Remove the battery and the Mains adapter
3. Press and hold the front power button for 30 seconds
4. Replace the battery and the Mains adapter
5. Turn the unit on as normal
Hope this helps, let us know how you get on.
