Hi My USB-C is not working anymore. As far as I can say it stopped working as I tried to charge my Yoga 370 with an USB-C charger for mobiles. (I was on holiday, the battery was running low and I did left my default charger at home.) As mobile chargers do have lower voltage, I assume that the USB-C port at my Yoga has somehow beed deactivated for security reasons. I tried to reinstall the drivers which didn't work. I do have an extended onside guarantee. What can I do? Many Thanks, Kind Regards Cedric

I would suggest contacing Lenovo support by telephone directly to troubleshoot the issue with a technician. In Switzerland, the support phone number is 0800-55-54-54. If you need the phone number for another country, pleae let me know and I will try and locate it for you.

Thanks goretsky, that worked well: even it was my bad to plug in a wrong adapter, they have replaced the whole systemboard for goodwill. I still wonder how a low voltage adapter can do such damage. Anyway, lucky me & big thanks to this super kind Lenovo support!
