I update bluetooth driver to 19.11.1639.649, my bluetooth mouse disconnect with the NB frequently. Whether I reinstll the driver, It also disconnected with the NB.
Does anyone has the problem? or anyone can tell me how to resolve it?

My only temp solution is to run the bluetooth Troubleshooting. It says "activating bluetooth" then it runs. But Keyboard and other Bluetooth Devices are running fine...
It's also only a problem after suspend / resume of notebook.

I solved this for me by deactivation of "Windows can suspend this device for power saving" on the bluethoot device in the device manager. Since this I'm not having this issue anymore.

I also had this problem and tried all the fixes found on this page. I did'n get any luck with those, so i downloaded a new bluetooth driver straight from intel. I haven't had any problems since. Download link: https://downloadmirror.intel.com/26944/a08/BT_19.71.0_64_Win10.exe
