Yoga 370 (Windows 10): Long-Press Settings cannot be changed separately for Touch / Pen

I tried to deactivate the long-press feature on my Thinkpad Yoga 370 for the pen.

It just didn't work (Even when I manually changed the setting in the registry.)

After some time of trying different stuff I finally figured out that I can deactivate the right-click on long press in the "Pen and Touch" settings found in the Control Panel.
However:

Only the settings in the "Touch" Tab actually get applied; for both pen and touch!
The settings on the "Pen Options" Tab don't have any effect on anyting.

I would like to configure my system to allow long-press for right click for touch input but not for the pen input.
Is there a way to do this (maybe through manual registry configuration)
or is this a driver bug?
(Should it be the latter; would you mind fixing it @lenovo?)
