last weekend, I had a double upgrade of Win10 as well as Lenovo driver. I did not check the functionality of the screen in between.
Touch screen does not work (neither pen nor fingers). Screen w/o touch works properly.
- There is no driver (human interface drivers > HID-compliant touch screen) been shown in the device manager.
- the HID-compliant touch screen appears twice in view - Show Hidden Devices section. Software Update is OK.
> right click > properties > "device is not linked to computer"
- HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Wisp\Touch -> touchgate = 1
I upgraded the touch screen firmware update (this upgrade failed during the process mentioned above and is shown as "failed" in Lenovo compagnion)
Upgrade of WinTab Utiliy failed ("no tablet device on this system")
This post describes the problem quite well (I went through all steps proposed)
Any help highly appriciated

In response to customer reports of unexpected active pen or touchscreen behavior including ghost touches, intermittent touch screen function, and no pen or stylus functionality on Yoga 260 ThinkPad systems, Lenovo has provided a solution.
Please contact Lenovo Service and reference Service TIP # SF16-T0100. Please be advised the system will need to be serviced, which will be free under warranty.

Hello. Is this fix for a new touchscreen? That is what they've told me when I have called in. However, the LCD screens are on backorder and the on-site rep that was sent said I need to use the depot. I currently have 4 at the depot awaiting screens that aren't available. Any update on will they be?
