Where can I check my order's status?

I ordered a T61  via .lenovo.com/ca on 13th Dec 2007, but I haven't recieved it still. It has been three weeks .Nothing but two e-mails from lenovo ask me to confirm that if I had revived my order. 
 
In 2006 I bougt a T43. I got it whithin two weeks.  I just wondering what had happened to this one. I shop online quite often, and never had waited so long. Worst of all, I can't even  trace my  order??  Maybe it is because here is Canada:smileysad:
 
I have to call the Support  anyways.

Have you gone to the main Lenovo Canada page, clicked on the "My Account" tab near the top of the page and created an account to track your order?

Please repost your recent shipping questions / issues for outstanding T series orders.   The parallel threads in X and X-tablet boards remain intact. 
 
 
The following is a repost due the temporary / permanent loss of the original T series shipping thread.
This was originally posted 2/18 and was offered as an advisory bulletin to our customers in Canada.
 
Let me offer the following statements to help explain a bit about your orders.  I believe you should find a few statements helpful concerning the delays and missing memory.   Also, my personal thanks for your order and for staying with us...
 
 
During January 2008, Lenovo Canada transitioned to a new IT infrastructure, and during this transition period, a number of unforeseen issues arose which affected the customer experience.  We apologize and do appreciate the patience of our customers as we continue to work through these issues.

The transition of some existing orders from Dec 2007, created extended delivery times beyond the anticipated 1-2 week shipping estimates provided on Lenovo's website.  In order to accommodate our transition period we have now revised our shipping estimates upward to 3-4 weeks for all new orders.

Recently we discovered that some orders contained invalid configurations making us unable to fulfill the customer's order.  Most of these orders were placed in  late January.   Affected customers were notified last week by email, and have been offered the opportunity to rebook with applied discounts of 10% to 15% depending upon model series and configurations.

Some system configurations with upgraded memory were unintentionally built and shipped with single modules. This was caused by a configuration error in the ordering system and has been resolved. Customers should check their system properties in windows to ensure the proper amount is displayed. Customers who find they are missing memory should contact sales, and the memory will be shipped upon verification of original order config. Previously documented claims are expected to be fulfilled by end of this week (2/22).

During this recent period, the volume of customers calling to check order status, or make order changes has understandably increased, and hold times have been long. Lenovo has added additional resources to the call center to ensure reasonable hold times and quality customer service.

Customer loyalty is important, and we appreciate the flexibility and patience demonstrated by our customers during this period. In appreciation, a discount credit is being extended to our customers who have waited four weeks or more to receive their order. If you placed an order between Dec 1, 2007 and Jan 31, 2008 and have experienced a delay of four weeks or more, please contact your sales representative about a discount.

So, to recap my shipping problem. I ordered my laptop on mid december, received it on the last week of january.
They promised two different refund, and I still have not yet received it. last month, I've asked them to upgrade my warranty, and I told them I will not payfor it until I receive my refund.
today I checked my visa statement, and they charged me!!!! WTF!!!!?????
They have no problem taking money away from people, but takes forever to give back ppl's money!!!!???

I'm in the same boat, chinmoku_tak. In my last post on the "other" thread (curious that it's gone . . . ) I commented that I have dealt with four people at Customer Service in an attempt to secure my refunds. The last CS representative promised me a 2-5 day processing time. Still hasn't happened. Looks like another call is in order . . . :smileysad:

Not so curious.  I was trying to separate out messages about whether or not too many processes were running on his system from the person who persisted in posting them in the shipping thread.  I screwed it up, clicked on the wrong thing and deleted the thread, instead.  Sorry!

Could it be that there were too many horror stories that even ppl "not working for Lenovo" couldn't take?

I just ordered a T61 and got the same WRONG order confirmation 3 times.

Talk about starting on the right foot...

Hardly.  You can tell any horror story about Lenovo you like as long as you do it within the bounds of the forum rules and in a civil and reasonable manner.  It's very similar to the policy we've had at TPF for years.
