Bluetooth problem

Bluetooth not appear in device manager, taskbar and also not functions using keyboard shortcut. Please assist me. Model T490S

Did you enter BIOS/UEFI (restart, press [F1]) to make sure that Bluetooth is [Enabled]?

I'm stumped... if you do indeed have Bluetooth function in your T490s (which it should),

the BIOS/UEFI should have displayed this Bluetooth option, but it is missing!

 

Do you still have ThinkPad warranty support for your T490s ?
Perhaps it's time to call ThinkPad support and get them to answer your legitimate question...

Power down while holding the shift key, disconnect from power, then press the Emergency Reset (button in pinhole on bottom).
