Today I was totally disappointed with Lenovo. This morning, your Lenovo service center call me and inform me that the laptop already OK, after their so many days test and debug. I also think this time should fine. So I ask Lenovo to deliver back. After work, I go back home to check the laptop. I see the report indicated:

Actually I can't understand all the above strings standing for, but I can roughly understand part of it.
Then the nightmare started:
1. Firstly, I power on the laptop, and then I see a very very obvious warning: 2200 Machine Type and Serial Number are invalid !!! Your lenovo test so many days (14days already), and you told me how complicated and time-consuming your test cases are. But I just want to know you didn't notice this so obvious warning ????!!!!!!! How did you test??? You are blinded ??? You don't know there is so obvious warning ???
2. Then the laptop can log into the windows, it seems ok, it can display normally. Then I check the outside, another nightmare comes ! On the right bottom, there was a button to drag for locking/unlocking the montior when monitor close, this button cannot work, it means, it cannot lock the monitor when i close it, there is a big gap between it when the monitor closed !!! Your working attitude is too bad, you didn't deserve the price I pay for it !!!! You didn't check your work carefully before delivering to customer !!! You thought the customer maynot pay attention to these details !!!! You are totally wrong !!!
3. Another problem is the keyboard, when clicking on the key board, the keyboard is shaking seriously, the normal keyboard should not be like this, should be very stable, it is very obvious your lenovo didn't install the key board well, and there is a big gap, I even can see what is under the key board !!!
In this forum, there are lots of Lenovo staff, who can explain how come your working attitude is like this? Atfer my case happened, I found this is a serious problem, so I request lenovo care Singapore to do one to one exchange, but you reject my request, you would rather chang the system board and wireless card and re-install the whole laptop hardware components, then you deliver back a half-disabled laptop !!! You are fooling your customer ??? Or you think customers are foolish as you ??? I was totally disappointed with Lenovo, I must escalate this case to public and some news media. Please be prepared !!! You lenovo must apologize publicly and do compensations !!!
