Expanded battery recall program

All,

 

Today, Lenovo has added additional batteries to a battery recall program announced last year.

 

Please visit the Lenovo support site here to determine if your battery is affected, and if so, to obtain a replacement.

it you want to solved this error then you visit cbr tech solutions ...i am the coustermer in cbr tech solutions ...and i have good expreance ...and it solved all type of error

What is the correct URL for us to determine if our battery is affected by this epanded recall?

One would think that Lenovo folks would alert readers when their recommendation for a linked website has such a restricted browser viewship.

I don't believe there's any intended restriction. Rather, it's a transient anomaly that has been reported.

Thanks!  This is good to hear.  I've worked places that as a policy have websites that can be viewed correctly only IE and not on other browsers. I'm glad that -- at least officially if not effectively -- that's not what's going on with this battery-recall website.  :-)

Hi,

 

How long will it take to have the replacement battery send to me?

I submitted 2 requests one on 28/01/17 and the second one on the 20/02/17 but I have only received a confirmation email with order number to which I can't reply for futher information, nor find out where to track my order number.

 

Any help much appreciated.
