Installed the wrong driver for card reader

2009-05-28, 13:34 PM
I have T400 Model 2767 R9U. After reinstalling Vista, I accidentally installed both "Ricoh Multi Card reader driver" and "SmartCard reader driver". Windows showed up a conflic message after reboot and the card reader won't work. What should I do?

Welcome to the forum!

You could uninstall both (in CP-->"Program and features") and then only install the one that you need. The correct drivers for your configuration can be found on this page.
