Mousepad not working

2013-06-19, 16:42 PM

Hi, I've just joined, and I just got my new Lenovo Thinkpad computer. It's all been great, I can now get brilliant graphics on my game, but one thing has been bugging me.

When I play my game, I move my mouse to target something, but my mouse icon doesn't move. I am using the mousepad here. It's not laggy, but it just doesn't move. I have to lightly hit my laptop to get it running again. My dad says everthings fine, but I know it's not. I've check everywhere for answers but I've found none. But I've got a second problem. I'm just targeting the beasts, but then an icon comes up by my mouse icon. It looks like some circles inside another circle, or just a blue vortex. This zooms my game in and out and it really bugs me.

Can anyone please help?

P.S

Forgive me if I've posted this in the wrong area, I'm new here.

The touchpad locks out for a second immediately after any keypresses by default. You'll have to change the PalmCheck setting to disable this behavior.

As for the zooming, you might be triggering the scrolling mechanisms. Try disabling those or reducing their zone sizes too.

Both of these options can be found in Mouse > UltraNav > Touchpad settings.

Mousepad not working properly

2014-02-23, 2:10 AM

Hi,

I bought a Lenovo Ultrabook U330 and since I bought I haven't any trouble. However since yesterday the mouseapd stoped to work properly. I tryied reinstall the Synaptics Drive and it worked yesterday, but it is not working today. How can I fix it? Is that a case that I have to send back this Laptop?

Thanks for your response.
