Hello Shadowdtp!

Welcome to community forums

Any changes made or any updates/programs installed before the issue came up? Is the hard drive detected in BIOS?

Here is how: https://support.lenovo.com/us/en/solutions/ht500222-recommended-ways-to-enter-bios-boot-menu-thinkpad-thinkcentre-thinkstation

Let us know.

There's no hard drive and no changes or updates made. I got into the bios and after restarting so many times it still didn't work

If the hard driver/storage is not detected in the BIOS then it is possible that the cable is loose or the HDD is bad.

You can have this checked at any of our authorized repair centers in your area.
