Power button light brightness

2018-03-10, 22:34 PM

Is there a way to control the brightness of the power button backlight?  It is very visible at night with lights off.  And especially bright if watching a movie or playing a dark game.

I'm not sure if Lenovo read these boards, but if it isn't possible right now, maybe an update to couple this light with the screen brightness would make sense, or a manual control to dim it or turn off completely.

Did you solve the problem?

This is a very serious drawback of the device. Now my colleagues are laughing that on my laptop the button is sealed with adhesive tape with the Lenovo logo, the fingerprint sensor also does not work.

Hi, Have you been able to resolve this problem? Just received my new device. At night it is difficult to work with the power button glaring back at you.

Get a marker and color it out black or use a lighter color like yellow.

It would be nice if the button was tied into the ambient light sensor so that it was brighter in bright light, but now there is no way.
