This is a one week old laptop. I have an Asus X555Q which is way lower spec but with which I have no issues running Windows 10 Pro 64 bit and Cisco/Putty.

I dropped into Safe Mode and took out the video driver which it said was a problem. I reboot and everything seems to work for a short period of time but then it BSOD's again.

This is a high spec laptop I bought for work, if it cannot handle the software I put on it, there is no point in having it.....

What is the exact error message and stop code given when you get the BSOD?     

 

Can you gather the C:\Windows\Memory.dmp file and upload it to dropbox etc. so it can be reviewed?

 

Have you looked at the document below to see if it is relevant to the BSOD you are seeing?
