Welcome to the forum.

So you already did a recovery to factory setting in the Rescue and Recovery right???

try the program below and see whether it helps, if it doesn't you would need the recovery media from Lenovo call them up in China.

Hello wjli2,

Thanks for your advice.

Failure to do recovery to factory setting since error occurring as "Product recovery could not find file, C:\Preboot\Utla\Convert.cmd"

I try to use your suggestion as the website linkage instructed to fix the problem but still have the problem show as below:

PXE-E61:Media test failure,check cable

PXE-M0F:Exiting Intel Boot Agent

Bootmgr is missing

Press Ctrl+Alt+Del to restart...

Meantime, I use the recovery file to restore the "boot folder" and "bootmgr" file from S disk to C disk and restart, still in the same problem.

Could you help to diagnose what is the problem and how to fix it?

Thank you in advance.

You probably need a set of recovery media from Lenovo, you should contact Lenovo service in China and them to send you a set.
