T460 20FN002SUS

2017-06-06, 0:34 AM

I have two T460's with Identical model number

They have the same Intel video driver (21.20.16.4590)

Same exact specs.

One runs a 1080p resolution while the other only shows 1366x786

I don't understand why, they're identical. Both have been different since out of the box. I verified everything, same bios version, same manufacter or ram, EVERYTHING.

Why does one have a higher resolution?

I ran system update on both systems and they have matching drivers.

Note: Both were purchased at the same time.

Any help is greatly appreciated.

20FN002SUS is supposed to be 1366X768.  It sounds like one of them came with the optional (more expensive) LCD.  I would guess that if you complained, they would change it.
