T460S Win 10 blue screen and cyclic reboot with various errors

Hi all!

 

During normal use, my laptop T460S showed a blue screen and began to enter a cyclic reboot, giving out various types of errors:


SYSTEM THREAD EXCEPTION NOT HANDLED (ACPL.SYS)
IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL
DPC WATCHDOG VIOLATION
ATTEMPTED EXECUTE OF NOEXECUTE MEMORY
PAGE FAULT IN NONPAGED AREA
KMODE EXEPTION NOT HANDLED
REGISTRY ERROR


Trying to download recovery using Win 10 PESE did not succeed, there was still the same blue screen with one of the above errors.
ssd and DDR4 were pulled out (internal memory remained).
Windows-based boot flash drives did not go to the shell, the blue screen boot was interrupted with the same errors. Photos of errors are presented in the attachment, photos from 01 to 06 in Directory:

I ordered a recovery image for Lenovo support, specifically for this computer (identification by the serial number of the computer on the sticker on the bottom cover), and installed this recovery image on a USB flash drive that was previously formatted at a low level.
The steps in this work can be seen on slides 10 through 15.

I tried to restore the system following the recovery guide provided on the Lenovo support site. The result is negative, except that a new error was added on the blue screen:
REGISTRY FILTER DRIVER EXCEPTION

Please tell me what more can I do.
