How can you tell which one you have though? I ordered the same one boooggy got from the link in MSG 4 but I have no idea how to check if it supports vPro or not.

I've seen some 9260's online that state vPro or Non-vPro but they look identical, there is no marker to determine this.

To  be honest, I don't know. I'm also doubting my own claim, since I don't understand why would a non vpro wifi card disable vpro/AMT for the entire system (which includes the vpro eithernet chip).

Okay, someone on reddit tried the same upgrade and noticed AMT dissappeared, even with the proper vPro 9260.

The post also details the different FRU numbers for the vPro and the non vPro versions.

Reinserting the original card and no AMT.. I'm thinking the bios reset to defaults removed the AMT option... Not sure how it works properly at a firmware level, perhaps a provisinging issue? Certificate? nvram option?

I am convinced it's gone for ever.
