Thinkpad T14 AMD: BSOD when in sleep mode with nvme error

My Thinkpad T14 AMD has two SSDs:

A primary Samsung 981 SDD

A secondary WD SN520 SSD on the WWAN port.

OS: Windows 10.

The laptop usually crashes when in sleep mode. When doing crash analysis, I found that the problem was about nvme port.

A driver has failed to complete a power IRP within a specific time.

A kind stranger on Reddit suggested that "looks like when it goes to sleep/hibernate it kinds cuts off power from the nvme but then nvme is used by some important service and boom goes the dynamite" which makes sense. Problem now is that I have found no way to manage power for the nvme drives. Windows Power Options shows very few settings. Could you please tell me what I can do now but to reinstall a clean Windows without Lenovo software?:
