Thinkpad T460 Lenovo Vantage UpDate

Whereas before no issue, for a number of days when trying to update Thinkpad T460 Lenovo Vantage returns message, "There is a problem in retreiving new Updates. Please try again later". Which I have done over a number of days at different times with same returned message.

Any knowledge of what may be the problem?

This is an error message of the failure for searching package.

Would you please help to provide the log.

You can get the log in following path:

C:\ProgramData\Lenovo\ImController\SystemPluginData\LenovoSystemUpdatePlugin\logs

It may caused by that the plugin files are missing.

Try to delete the folder (C:\ProgramData\Lenovo\ImController\Plugins\LenovoSystemUpdatePlugin).

Then restart your machine.

Yes, this worked. I had to Reset the Vantage App first for it to work however.
