ThunderBolt error message Application Cannot Run

The thunderbolt application cannot run on my ThinkPad T480. When OS starting I get current message and when I try to connect ThinkPad Pro Docking Station it can't be able to get connection - don't light the indicator.
I've installed the updates on page https://pcsupport.lenovo.com/us/en/products/laptops-and-netbooks/thinkpad-t-series-laptops/thinkpad-t480-type-20l5-20l6/solutions/HT508988

But it doesn't help. What should I do to solve this problem?

T480 originally shipped with Thunderbolt driver version 17.x.  This error happens when you installed Thunderbolt driver version 1.x instead.  Intel and Microsoft changed the architecture and caused compatibility problems.  To fix this problem, see if this information can help you:  



The latest 17.x driver today is here (n22ta14w.exe):  https://pcsupport.lenovo.com/ch/en/products/laptops-and-netbooks/thinkpad-t-series-laptops/thinkpad-t480-type-20l5-20l6/downloads/DS502153


But you have to follow the steps to completely uninstall the 1.x driver, first.
