backup and restore

2015-07-03, 16:50 PM

Two questions: I want to be able to do backup and restore incrementally.  Instead, each time I try to back up it gives me a new file. I only need the most recent one.

Second, is there a quick way to delete one of the old files? It takes somewhere between five and 10 hours one of the files, while the file creation occurs in much less time.

What can I do or what am I doing wrong?
