would someone tell me where the customer complaint is?

I have bought T520 5 months ago for 2000 pounds. 

 

The rescue and recovery never works, the wifi stopped working after 3 weeks, and the computer can not be shutted down.

 

To fix the problems, I upgraded my warranty from carry-in to on site, the worst part is I spent 2 weeks and 5 phone calls to upgrade my warranty, the first 2 calls provided me wrong e-mail address, which the custome service blamed this fault on me!

 

I searched the entire website and can not find a place for customer complaint.

 

So I was wondering if someone has found it or it doesn't exist at all.

Having just done a quick search, i have come across this email address...

 

websales@lenovo.com

 

Doesn't seem much of a direct complaints line, but having searched, it would seem that many people are finding it difficult to get directly to the complaints team.

 

The site I found though does give a telephone number as well...

It would seem that part of that address is converted to a smiley! 

 

Replace the smiley with colon S which should work.

I bought a Thinkpad X121E for my son for Christmas but the finger print reader didn't work. Lenovo sent someone to fix it but they couldn't and said I'd be sent a replacement. After 19 days of waiting and chasing they still hadn't send me one so I said I wanted my money back. This went to a complaints department for which no one will release a phone number. I get no replies from its email address cmt_uk@lenovo.com and am simply looking for them to confirm that a refund has been sent to my Credit Card.

 

I'm a big fan of the Lenovo tracker point so I ordered another X121E which arrived quickly but the finger print doesn't work on this one either. Lenovo have my money for two laptops when I only have one and this doesn't work. Who in Lenovo can tell me if my credit card has been refunded - order number 00082436.

I bought a T410 last year and a couple months after my warranty expires I start having display issues that will in all likelihood result in having to get a new laptop.  Fairly disappointed as I only had this laptop for 18 months whereas my old Gateway laptop lasted 7 years.

THERE IS NO COMPLAINT DEPARTMENT BECAUSE EVERYTHING IS GREAT AT LENO.

I purchased 5 Thinkpads for my company this past year.  Quick response, excellent product great performance.

Then at Christmas I purchased a G570 Ideapad for my daughter since it should have been a pretty good product.  

I should have thrown that money out the window.  

1 month after Christmas it started constant reboot or not boot at all.  Called customer support and got someone who spoke less English than I who said return for repair.  I did along with specific suggestions of what needed checking.  The laptop has returned 3 times since then with the same problem and no resolution.  

Lenovo has started not returning calls which is always a  bad sign.  

I have to rethink my replacements in a few years because it can only get worse from here. 

DON'T BUY IDEAPAD UNLESS YOU WANT JUNK!!!!!!

I don't get calls even though I should have and just waiting for some direction resolution. Just wasting my time. I am lucky to get the odd email to my case but days can go by without communications. After two weeks and another in service I got a call. They can't see the hard continuous problems (blind as mice, 3 of them). Anyway still waiting.

To be honest. romani has some issues in understanding at points and they follow scripts. Repair Centre is a safe bet as you can update the ticket and the guys at the centre will see what's wrong. 

 

If you're computer literate you can remove the bezel and check that the cable is plugged in correctly and check the BIOS for settings.
