Accidentally initialized SYSTEM_DRV, what now?

I have a T400 and am trying to set up an external hard drive.  While I was in Disk Management, I accidentally initialized SYSTEM_DRV, renamed it, and assigned it a drive letter.  I realized I screwed up and renamed it back to SYSTEM_DRV, then removed the drive letter.  I've since learned that this is necessary for Win7 bootup.  It still shows 1.17 GB of data on that drive in Disk Management.  Am I going to have issues booting up again in Windows, and is there anything I can do to fix what I've done?

I would make sure to have installation dvd, but if it stops booting - automated repair should easily fix it

It didn't come with a Win7 CD; would the Lenovo Rescue&Recovery disks work?

Re: Accidentally initialized SYSTEM_DRV, what now?

No, Lenovo Rescue disks would probably wipe your data.

Generic Windows 7 ISO from internet would work.

Find the Pro/Home version depending on yours.

This may help:  https://superuser.com/questions/557792/create-a-windows-7-system-repair-iso

Chances are, it will still work as before without intervention, I'm just saying what would help in case it stops booting.
