Have you tried entering your Microsoft account password into it if it works? Windows BitLocker is available to Windows 10 Pro and higher machines to encrypt their disk in case someone tries to retrieve data from the disk. You can also encrypt USB drives. The only way to get pass this issue is to make a bootable USB drive with Windows 10 on it or have a DVD with the OS on it to reinstall the OS on your machine.
Check to see if your BitLocker recovery key is stored in your Microsoft account: http://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/?LinkId=237614
If not then you have no other choice but to reinstall the OS
You can get a official copy of Windows 10 here: https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/software-download/windows10
Hope this helps

Depending on the drive and OS editios, Microsoft often turns bitlocker on by default. Personally, I really don't like it so I always turn it off

I have this same issue (bitlocker) with my Ideapad 100s since last January.
I've tried all the solutions given in many threads in this forum.
I have no Microsoft account.
I pushed the small Novo button but it also didn't help.
I got a win 10 bootable flash memory but the device doesn't support booting from a flash and it only shows the windows boot manager.
It's been 7 months now and losing hope to get it repaired.
