Bluescreen: Hardware malfunction, parity check

Hello,

I've read several threads about freezing computers, but mine only happens when switching the Windows command prompt to fullscreen:

Hardware Malfunction

Call Your Hardware Vendor for Support

NMI Parity Check / Memory Parity Error

The System Is Halted

First I only noticed this when playing games in DOSBox, hmmm well not really, but DOSBox has a command prompt status window, in which I accidentally pressed Alt-RET and boom. So this must have to do with graphics...? Note that this does *not* happen when switching to fullscreen in general. Only when regular command prompt is involved.

Any clues what might solve this?

Karsten
