Boot fails, corrupt DZHDD64.SYS file

I have a T420 laptop running Win 7 64 bit. It won't boot. Startup Repair can't fix it. It says DZHDD64.SYS is corrupt. How do I fix this without losing all my data? I can run DOS, which says the size of the file is 0.
