Can wireless internal chipset be installed retroactively? Or other solution.

I bought a T400. Love it! But I didn't order it with either the AT&T or Verizon built ins. I now want internet wireless. Am I doomed to plug in an external wireless device?

ifionlyhadab-n, welcome to the forum,

it would be helpful if you could post which T400 you have, even better post the Type and Model Number this will help members to help you. If it ends in CTO please provide some details about the ThinkPad. Please do NOT post your s/n.

Thanks

Andy
