I ordered a T450 1 year ago.
I had a BEEPing issue for 4 month.
I never called Lenovo before beacause the laptop was waiting in a closet.
But now that I need it, I have diagnose it (because warranty is now out) and found out the issue is from my HDD.
So I bought a Kingston 120Gb SSD and installed it in.
The Bios sees it, when I boot on linux, I see it.
But when I try to install Windows 7 32 bits (or Windows ThinPC), it does not see the drive.
I load the driver ( IRST ) I found on the driver section of my model. It see the driver, install it but still cannot see the drive.
Any Idea ?
I boot from a USB drive to load Windows installation and it seam to only boot when my Bios is set to legacy !

I would be surprised if windows for Thin PC would work at all on that machine. I wouldn't think it would have the necessary drivers

All my t410 - t420 - t430 - t440 - t450 have this version of windows.
All with the same image.
But this one has a smaller hdd so my image cannot be pushed.
But i also tried with normal windows 7 32bits operating system resulting on same issue !
