T410 and T410i are basically the same notebook, the latter having weaker components (like less poweful CPU, lower resolution LCD, etc.)

 

T410s is a totally different machine, it's thinner, has a soldered CPU and uses 1.8" drives. If I remember correctly it also has a thiner LCD panel and came with multi-touch as an option.
