Disabling tool for Intel Turbo Memory Driver

Hi!

After doing a clean install of Win XP and drivers on T500 there is no yellow exclamation point in the Device Manager. Should I still install the Disabling tool for Intel Turbo Memory Driver?

Turbo memory is not supported by Windows XP.  There would be no reason to use a disabling tool because it simply cannot be enabled.  What I have seen is the OS will not even detect the existance of the device.
