I recieved my T460s just 3 days ago. What I'm going to say next can sound craze but it happened really.
When I started using the laptop the touch screen was working and when I installed the system update it is not functioning any more. The below are my laptop details:
Model: Lenovo T460s
BIOS: N1CET43W (1.11 )
Mod's Edit: Serial number removed from public view to protect owner from its unwanted use.
Can anyone confirm to me if my laptop had been confirgured with a touching screen or not?

It looks to me like yours has the high-resolution (wqhd) screen, which is non-touch. However, the parts list is ambiguous.

I solved the problem by getting into Device Manager and enabling the corresponding driver which was disabled unexpectedly. I'm not sure with applications triggered this and disabled the driver without permission.
Now, my touch screen is working. Solved!
