Does the ThinkPad T440 utilise the Always On Always Connected (AOAC) power mode feature?
It does not. That's a tablet-only feature, which requires special support from chipset/firmware. Traditional notebook systems (like T440) do not support this mode.
The AOAC has undergone several name changes to date - where it was previously known by :
Always On Always Connected (AOAC) --> Connected Standby (CS) --> InstantGo
All of the above serve the same function.
how can we improve it?
