I purchased both a T490 and an ultra docking station. Both worked for about a month, then the dock (i think) abruptly stopped working. I plug the laptop into the dock, and neither monitor turns on. The external mouse and keyboard still work. I've tried everything I could find on the forum, but all the drivers and firmware are already installed (from what I have seen).
Please help, I have tons of work coming up very soon and I am severely limited with this tiny screen.

Hi Refrigerator! Welcome to our forums community. Have you tried connecting the external monitor directly to the laptop's USB-C or HDMI port? Yes I have tried attaching the HDMI directly to the laptop. This works perfectly fine. I've also installed the latest firmware (thanks for your link), yet my monitors still do not activate when the laptop is plugged into the dock. I submitted a ticket with Lenovo, and they sent me a new dock. This new dock still doesn't work, even with the new firmware installed.
