Hello. My "v" key recently stopped working on my T470s laptop. I entered the serial number online to check the validity of my warranty and I still have 200 days left. I would like to know how can I request a keyboard repair on site. Do you have some kind of ticket system or do I absolutely need to call the technical service on my phone to set up an appointment?
PS: I live in Paris, France

Oddly enough, when visiting the french version of https://support.lenovo.com/ and entering my serial number, the "request a repair" button is not present. When visiting the English version of the site though, I was able to click on this option and submit a repair ticket. Thank you for the help!
