I have a problem with my ThinkPad T530 model 2429NL6, on which Win 10 is running.
I purchased a data SIM card and inserted it into the SIM card slot, but I can't connect to the data network.
I can't understand if the modem is missing, if the modem is present but the driver is missing, or if it's a problem installing the network in Win 10.
How can I move around?
(I ask for a simple language in the answer, as I am an inexperienced user)

Hi chic and welcome to the Community,

The first thing you do is see if you have a WWAN card installed.  Go into Device Manager under Network Adapters and you should have something like Mobile Broadband Driver.  Open that and it should tell you what card you have.

If you don't have any listing there for anything like that, then you would have to install a Mobile Broadband card. This thread explains it a bit better.

i had the same issue my laptop have the hardware installed and i have W10 in my laptop but i not able to use bcs the hardware doesnt appear in the device manager , 

i have to install the drivers ?

where can i download the drivers?

You can go to the Lenovo Support website https://support.lenovo.com/us/en/?CID=ww:lenovosocial:20x9m6 (type the serial number and go to the Drivers & Software tab) and download the driver that you are looking for.
