Welcome to Lenovo Community! And happy to have you here.
I believe you are using Windows 10, then you can use Lenovo Vantage to control the Battery Charge Threshold from there below is the referenced attached snapshot:
Open Lenovo Vantage>Hardware Settings>Power and then scroll down you'll get the option of Battery Charge Threshold.
I hope the above information helped you.
Please feel free to post in Lenovo Community Forums if you have any further queries!

Yes, have you installed Lenovo Vantage and already checked those settings ?

I have installed Vantage s App store, status is saying installed but I can not find vantage on Windows 8 at all.
I have tried alternative installation from here https://forums.lenovo.com/t5/Pre-Installed-Lenovo-Software/Lenovo-Settings-app-without-Windows-Store... but there is no installer.
Please how to launch vantage? Thanks

That is not an .exe file you need to deploy the file which is possible in Windows 10 through Developer Mode option.
So please check in PC Settings>Search and Apps whether there is Lenovo Vantage installed if it's there please un-install it completely and then you can download it from Microsoft Store. And please note Lenovo Vantage will only work with Windows 8.1 and 10 and you said that you are using Windows 8 can you confirm.

First try uninstalling Lenovo Settings/Companion or Lenovo Vantage if it's present in PC Settings>Search and Apps. You can get all the applications and games installed from Windows Store in PC Settings>Search and Apps.

Vantage is only for Windows 10. For Windows 8.1, we have Lenovo Settings, but the charging threshold is not one of the settings in Lenovo Settings. So unfortunately there is not a way to set a charge threshold on Windows 8.1 using Lenovo software.
