Issue w 3 Monitors on a Lenovo T470s and a ThinkPad Ultra Dock using 2 Displayport and 1 HDMI...

I'm trying to use 3 external monitors on my T470s, but it's only giving me the option to select 2 of the 3 external monitors when all three are hooked up.  I'd like to disable my built-in display because it's smaller and darker, but it doesn't give me the option to select anything else for the 3rd slot.  I've tried both HDMI ports on the dock and on the PC with no success.  Is it even possible to have 3 extended (independent) external displays using this laptops hardware?

maybe your dock does not support three displays?  But even if it does, available desktop resolutions are likely very limited. So it all depends of what monitors are attached to the system. Do not expect to get three 4K displays  running. Three FullHD displays are possible with a dock supporting three displays.
