I got my Lenovo T440 in late 2015. It initially had Windows 7 installed, but then updated to Windows 10.
Now the thing is, I recently noticed that my Lenovo 16GB recovery drive is seen as E: drive (instead of Q. Only 4.86GB is free on this partition. Moreover, when I double-click it, it simply opens and I can't see what is taking up all the space. It only has one 'logger' file for windows, as seen in the screenshots I've attached.
I assume that the recovery provided by Lenovo no longer works as it should show a pop-up when I double-click it, according to this.
I would like to format and add this space to my C: drive, but I also don't want to lose the ability to recover my system to its factory settings (in case that functionality isn't already lost). Can someone please help me confirm this?
