Lenovo T410 Keyboard Problem

Hi,

I am having an issue with my T410 laptop. The keypad does not respond for some of the keys. Does any one had the same issue? Can any one suggest a solution?

Thanks

Re: Lenovo T410 Keyboard Problem

Yes. I'm having trouble with the 3, e, d, and c keys. They will either not respond or activate the whole right-side of the same row of keys. Just starting to try to figure out what is wrong.

Re: Lenovo T410 Keyboard Problem

Are you updated to the latest BIOS? There was a fix quite a while back that remedied certain keyboard issues. Otherwise, try reseating the keyboard connector. If this doesn't work, call for warranty and have them send out a new keyboard.
