After talking to EasyServ this morning, turns out they replaced the wireless card. Why they couldn't say "we replaced it, the enclosed paper just talked about not being able to do full diagnostics without the disk" is a mystery. Wasted an hour or more of my time and their time because they don't communicate well.
Lenovo/EasyServ, tell us what you did when you return the computer. Dell encloses a list of parts replaced and work done. Surely Lenovo can match that.
