Lenovo T430s "2101 Detection error on HDD2 (Mini SATA)"

Hello Lenovo Community,

My laptop is as follows:

Lenovo T430s

Machine Type: 2352-CTO

Windows 7 Home Premium 64-Bit

Please let me know if there is any other necessary information.

Problem:

During startup, I receive the above "2101 Detection error on HDD2 (Mini SATA)" error. It is important to note that this problem is intermittent. I have a 16gb mSATA installed on my computer. I've attempted to do the following to fix this error:

1. Run several virus scans - no viruses apparent

2. Earlier I ran "eccmd -info" and the command prompt indicated that everything was working correctly.

3. I reseated the mSATA card last night.

4. Today, when I run the same command as an administrator: "eccmd -info"

5. Now I've run eccmd -info again and the drive appears to be working fine. So why the intermittent issue?

Could there be another issue other than the seating? I.e. software conflict etc?

Thanks in advance!
