Lenovo vantage - After sign in the following error appear

Hi everybody.

My computer failed to boot up
It is stuck on the black screen

I have reinstalled windows

And now I can not log into app lenovo vantage 

I clicked sign

in, it appears the following error

can you help me

thank you.

Hello and welcome,

 

IIRC the Vantage GUI requires server access to come all the way up.  Looking at the lower right of your screen grab I can't see that you're on line when starting Vantage.

 

Does it behave differently when you have an internet connection?

I restarted many times and installed all drivers form websibe

Can you show me which one component I have not installed?

Those components are not in software install/uninstall list.

They are in C:\ProgramData\Lenovo\ImController\Plugins\LenovoAccountPlugin

Please check if this folder does exist.

Usually you could manaully restart service "IMController service" or by reboot the computer to download and install latest version.

Are you in the office and is there network firewall for your internet connection? Where is your country?

 

You could connect to another network and try to re-start service "IMController service.

I find service IMController not found.

firewall is turn off.

I have checked the drive update on the website but no drivers need updating.

You can teamview to check and fix  via IP and password (teamview 13).
My country is Vietnam

I do not know why the component folder was deleted, because I did not delete it.

Thanks hzfdbd very much for helping me fix the problem

For users who encounter the same situation as me.

uninstall systeam interface foundation V2 devices and open lenovo vantage again to re-intsall.
