MS licence for recovering Win-10 on Win-7 downgrade-installed thinkpad

I have T450S, which was originally sold with Win-10, but shipped downgraded to Win-7.

If/when recovering Win-10, will I be asked for Win-10 license? Or is it somehow included or hardware-encoded?

On the back it has "Win Pro" sticker without any other numbers or information, I assume it's a Win-10 sticker.

I also  have  "Windows 10 Lenovo Factory Recovery USB Key".

Win10 OEM license is embedded in the BIOS.  It is an online activated license.  So once you install Win10 and connect to internet the first time, it will retreive the license info from BIOS and then activate it online.  This should all happen automatically without you needing to do anything.
